Stockport's Finest Finalists 2016 with Astar Studios.com
Four-piece band Cordeliers are from Reddish. Members Joe, Jimmy, Elliot, and Matt have played gigs all over the local area. They play The Live Room in Manchester on Saturday 19th November when Templars another one of this year’s finalists will also be on the bill.
Kashmere are Joey Newey, Charlie Cole, Andy Law and Dave Pennington. They describe their sound as 90's indie with a splash of rock 'n roll. The band played at the Blackthorn Music Festival this summer and impressed music fans with their debut single 'Blow Your Mind'
Liam's Dad Brian found fame as a striker for Manchester United, Celtic and Scotland. Now the former Cheadle Hulme School pupil is making a name for himself. He is a highly acclaimed folk pop singer songwriter who has supported Echo and The Bunnymen and Newton Faulkner.
Sally Caitlin is a 23 year old singer-songwriter from Romiley. She makes pop music with a bit of an edge. She has recently moved back home after completing university and is now launching her music career with an EP called 'Experiments' which will be released in April 2017.
Stockport lads Glenn Coope and Scott Kincaid have been gigging in bands since they were at school. They formed eariler this year when Kenny Chiu joining them to play bass. They say their vibrant melodies, catchy riffs and upbeat rhythms always get people moving.
